1. Ability to promote technical solutions:
Understand the core advantages and application scenarios of differentiated display core technology, and be able to transform basic technical parameters into easily understandable promotional highlights for customers. Capable of independently planning and executing small and medium-sized promotional activities (industry exhibitions, technical exchange meetings, online promotions, etc.).
2. Promotion content and material creation:
Lead the production of promotional materials, including technical solution manuals, product presentation PPTs, application case collections, short videos/animations, etc., to ensure that the content combines technical expertise and market appeal;
Write industry promotion documents (official website articles, official account tweets, industry media contributions), and convey the core competitiveness and application value of the differentiated display scheme;
3. Market channels and resource integration:
Familiar with mainstream promotion channels in the display industry, with the ability to cooperate with channels and expand resources;
Build a market promotion network to enhance the industry exposure and recognition of the company's solutions;
4. Customer docking and demand conversion:
Connect with potential customers, conduct program presentations, technical Q&A sessions, and demo demonstrations, explore customer promotion and cooperation needs, and cooperate with sales teams to promote lead conversion;
Collect customer feedback on promotional content and activity formats, iterate and optimize promotional strategies and materials;
5. Data review and optimization:
Track the effectiveness of promotional activities (exposure, leads, customer inquiries, conversion efficiency), conduct data statistics and analysis using tools such as Excel and Tableau, and output promotional review reports;
Based on data feedback and industry trends, optimize the combination of promotion channels and content direction to enhance promotion ROI.
2、 Job requirements:
1. Basic educational background requirements: College degree or above, major in electronic engineering, optoelectronic display, materials science, marketing, advertising, or related fields (priority will be given to those with a combination of display technology engineering background and marketing promotion background);
Work experience: More than 2 years of relevant work experience in market promotion, technical solution marketing, and product promotion in the display industry (differentiated display preferred), familiar with downstream application scenarios in the display industry chain (consumer electronics, automotive, AR/VR, commercial displays, etc.);

Outstanding communication and expression skills, able to clearly present technical solutions to customers, partners, and industry audiences, with strong on-site adaptability;
Clear logical thinking, possessing closed-loop ability for promotion strategy planning and implementation, focusing on details and result orientation;
Strong work initiative, able to withstand certain work pressure, and adaptable to high-frequency short-term outings (such as attending industry exhibitions, visiting customers, and implementing promotional activities);
Keen innovation consciousness, able to combine the characteristics of differentiated display technology and explore new forms of promotion (such as technology VR demonstrations, joint release of industry white papers, and scene based experience exhibitions);
Strong sense of teamwork, able to efficiently coordinate with the technical department (obtaining scheme details), sales department (collaborating with customer conversion), and design department (material production) to promote the implementation of promotional work.
