Salary range: 10K-20K
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the business department to develop and maintain customer needs, review customer schematics, and ensure the feasibility of the scheme;
2. Provide product solution consultation and technical support to solve technical problems encountered by customers;
3. Sort, analyze and summarize customer cases, and feedback to the development team to continuously optimize the company's products and application solutions;
4. Confirm, analyze and deal with the bad problems reported by the terminal.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above in electronic science and technology, microelectronics, integrated circuits, automation, communications, computer and other related majors;
2. Experience in on-site technical support and problem solving of related companies in the electronic or video industry;
3. Have the foundation of analog circuit, digital circuit, circuit analysis, etc., familiar with basic hardware principles, proficient in viewing schematics/PCBs, and able to use commonly used electronic test instruments (such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers) for fault diagnosis and analysis;
4. Have C language foundation, proficient in using various single-chip microcomputers and code editing, compilation, debugging tools, familiar with I2C, SPI, UART and other debugging interfaces, and proficient in system debugging;
5. Good logical thinking ability, divergent thinking, good at using classification, elimination, isolation, comparison and other skills to analyze, locate and solve problems;
6. Have a sense of responsibility, strong learning ability, communication ability and execution, with service awareness, time awareness and teamwork spirit;
7. Able to adapt to short-term business trips (Yangtze River Delta/Central China/Southwest China).
